Summer is salad time.  I had the below dressing on a salad.  It was wonderful.  I promised myself that I would get the recipe.  Here it is...

Salad Dressing Recipe
1/4 cup oil
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
I doubled the recipe for larger salads.
